Zoe Xu has a background in
communications, museology, film studies, biology and design.
She explores visual and its semiotics through design,
video, photography, programming languages, generative ai,
paper and pencils.

As a designer & art director, she worked with
‍Museum of Vancouver, Toronto International Film Festival,
Penguin Random House, Royal Bank of Canada,
‍and Taglialatella Galleries.
As a photographer, her work was featured by Apple,
‍Fisheye Magazine, Broad Magazine, etc.
As a web developer and an illustrator, she developed
projects for Archives of Ontario and Sable Lake.
